The Flying Apron Cookery will be joining us on Friday evening for the Local Food Showcase. The local multi-service food company provides culinary education and a diverse range of services in addition to their naturally prepared foods which emphasize local and sustainable ingredients. Friday’s menu is comprised of lamb and feta meatballs on a baked roti cup with their Middle Eastern Pesto and Pleasant Hill Organic sprouts. The lamb is sourced from Wooly Mountain Farm and the feta from Ran Cher Acres.
